Pages liii,395 and xv, 351 plus 32 pages publisher ads. Both volumes have been professionally repaired outside on the corners, hinges and spine ends. Now protected in clear, mylar dustjackets. Inside repairs were not needed as the paper blocks are solid, and free of stains or foxing. A RARE set, no other copies on the internet at this writing.
